Our team is participating in the 18th Fundamental Research Symposium: Advances in Pulp and Paper Research.

Two weeks ago, our colleagues Jan Mirco Pfeifer and Nadir Kopic-Osmanovic represented CAM and the University of Wuppertal at the 18th Fundamental Research Symposium: Advances in Pulp and Paper Research, held at Worcester College, University of Oxford

They contributed work on "Representing Grammage Variations in Packaging Paper through Spatial Random Fields" and "A Fully Thermo-Mechanically Coupled Elasto-Plastic Model for Paper and Paperboard" and had the chance to exchange ideas with an international community of researchers pushing the field forward.

A big thank-you to the symposium organizers of the Pulp and Paper Fundamental Research Society for a well-structured and engaging program and to all participants and contributors for the interesting and lively discussions. We are already looking forward to the next symposium!
